I hired Todd to do an inspection on a foreclosure town home I am in the process of buying. I haven’t been this impressed by a professional in home services for a long time. I was initially impressed by Todd’s professionalism in the scheduling process and his contact with my realtor. So quick and efficient in follow-through contact with both of us. At the appointment, Todd arrived early. He immediately set out to do a thorough inspection with a high degree of professionalism. I was concerned about the town home being a foreclosure, but Todd walked me through all the systems, identified some problem areas, but overall, helped me understand how to approach the problems. I don’t want to overstate it, but I must – this guy is a professional. The inspection was at 4:30 pm. on a Tuesday. By 6:15 a.m. the following morning I had a digital file in pdf to print out in booklet form (complete with digital tabs to click on section by section) the exact details of the entire inspection with diagrams and photos. His photos are going to be enormously helpful as I construct my to-do list of maintenance and handyman-type stuff I will need done. There is nothing Todd could have improved. One high-quality home service professional. So glad I hired him. Don’t let his price fool you. He simply has to be one of the best values in the business.
