Todd did a great job of thoroughly explaining what he was doing it while he was doing it. He used terminology that was easy to understand as well as took a lot of great pictures. The inspection booklet really helped to tie all of the information together and allowed us to negotiate with the sellers to meet both of our needs. I would recommend Todd to anybody who asked.
